鋼襯塑儲罐檢修周期分為兩種：中修和大修，中修一般是2-4個月，大修一般是一年，對于中修的話，就是清洗或更換液位計修理或更換進、出口及排污閥門疏通清理冷卻水盤管。檢查修理安全閥放空阻火器，修補防腐層和絕熱層。大修就包括中修項目修理儲罐內(nèi)件，對發(fā)現(xiàn)有裂紋，嚴重腐蝕等部位，相應(yīng)修補或更換筒節(jié)。根據(jù)內(nèi)外部檢驗要求，以及經(jīng)過修補或更換筒節(jié)后，進行試漏，對成功內(nèi)外部檢驗中發(fā)現(xiàn)的其他問題進行處理。
